Ketch rigged.
Sparlight aluminium spars and spinnaker pole (All painted by a previous owner. Boomsand spinnaker pole repainted 2007). Main mast removed from boat Jan 2014 – mast foot and lower (below deck) part rubbed down and painted. New gooseneck fabricated for mizzen boom March 2014.
Stainless steel standing rigging (new 1998, good survey 2004 and 2019) Forestay fitting at mast head replaced 2004. Headsail furling foil professionally serviced and repaired 2007. At the same time a new s/s forestay was fitted.
Rig Inspection March 2013 reported all well apart from forestay which needed replacement (replacement forestay fitted 2007 too long and damaged by ‘halyard wrap’). April 2013 Removal of old forestay and furling gear revealed further problems with Hood obsolete furling system (irreplaceable bearings broken down). New Facnor system fitted with new forestay (Cost £2667.47)
Standing rigging on main mast (except forestay fitted April 2013) replaced with new March 2014 by Eurospars, Plymouth.
New running backstay tackles fitted to existing twin backstays on mizzen mast March 2014
Stainless steel inner forestay with Seasure tensioner (new 2005) for hank-on storm jib & working jib. Separate halyard fitting, & Lewmar block fitted April 2008
Roller furling genoa (furling gear overhauled 2004 & 2007).
Original around boom roller reefing on main removed – additional slab reefing gear fitted to main 2004. Forward end of boom strengthened with stainless steel plates and monol rivets 2006. New gooseneck fitted March 2013
New Barton 4:1 kicking strap fitted 2005 New Kicking strap fitting on boom 2005 and on main mast 2007 New Selden jamming block to replace Barton 2009
Deep slab storm reef fitted to mizzen 2004.
Lightweight alloy spinnaker pole (repainted 2007)
Lazy jacks fitted on main and mizzen in 2005

Sanders Main new 2015
Sanders Mizzen (good condition) 1989. Checked over by Sanders Sails and one deep slab reefing point fitted 2004. Checked over and repaired where necessary by Westaway Sails Nov 2005. Checked over and repaired where necessary by Sanders Sails Feb 2007. Cleaned and checked over by Ullman Sails Feb 2010.
Furling Genoa by Ullman Sails new 2010. New UV strip May 2014. Cleaned, repaired and new UV strip 2023.
Sanders Cruising Chute 1989 (not much used) Light blue, dark blue and white. Very good condition. With snuffer. A lovely sail.
Sanders Storm Jib new 2005. Hanks onto inner forestay
Hong Kong Sailmakers Mizzen Staysail. Red & white stripes. New late 2005, first used 2006
Hong Kong Sailmakers Working Jib. Hanks onto inner forestay. New 2008
Cruising chute washed by owner winter 2005/6
New sail covers by Ocean Canvas 2011. Replaced by Northrop Sails covers Spring 2024.
Winches all overhauled – stripped, cleaned, oiled and greased 2007 & again 2011. Primary winches stripped, cleaned and re-greased again in June 2017 & again and pawls replaced 2022

3 Lewmar No. 8 halyard winches (2 on main mast, 1 on mizzen mast)
1 Lewmar No. 8 mainsheet winch
4 winch handles (2 original chromed heavy duty ratchet type)

Original Bower anchor replaced by new 16 KG Kobra 2 anchor 2010. 50m of 8mm chain marked every 10 metres (new 2008) housed in dedicated anchor locker.
Kedge – 25lb plough type + 6m chain and 35m nylon warp
Anchor locker set into foredeck (lid altered 2011 to accommodate Kobra 2 anchor)
16Kg CQR also available.
Lewmar H3 electric windlass with stainless steel gypsy and rope drum (new 2008) operated by two Lewmar deck switches
Stainless steel bow roller fitting with keyhole type locking pin and acrylic roller.
Boat hooks, deck brush, warps and 6 fenders

Ocean Safety ORC Person Container type. Ser No. LR203134ORC0164. Purchased new June 2015. Next service date 05/2018
